Onboarding Your Store

Here are the important things to take care of as we start our work together.
1. Add me to your Google Analytics
You’ll want to add me as a user on your Google Analytics account for your store.

2. Add Double Your Ecommerce to your Google Search Console
You’ll want to add me as a user to your Google Search Console account.

as an Owner or Delegated Owner
3. Approve access to your Shopify Store
I’ll request access to your store through the Shopify partner portal. You’ll see that request come from kai@doubleyourecommerce.com
.
Availability
I am available Monday through Thursdays, 10 am to 4 pm. I’m in Eugene, Oregon, so that’s Pacific Time. (I’m terrible at time zones, so you may want to compare our time zones).
During my normal work hours, I check my email at 11 am and 4 pm. You can expect a response to emails within one or two business days or so. Outside of my work hours, I don’t check email.
Like you, I also take some holidays off. Expect intermittent availability around most major US holidays, especially Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, my birthday (January 26th), Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, and Labor Day.
