Howdy and Welcome!

Thanks again for choosing to work with me. I’m a small business by choice — I love being able to work and grow Shopify stores like yours. Email me any time you have questions.

To get started, there are a few quick things we’ll need to take care of. Let’s get to work.

A Note On Availability

I work Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. I’m in Las Vegas, Nevada, so that’s Pacific Time. (I’m terrible at time zones, so you may want to compare our time zones.) During my normal work hours, you can expect a response to emails within a day. I don’t check my email outside of my work hours.

Like you, I also take some holidays off. Expect intermittent availability around most major US holidays, especially Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, my birthday (January 26th), Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, and Labor Day.

Your Call

You’ll receive an email from me with next steps and instructions on how to schedule a time for your 1-on-1 call. (If you don’t see the email, email me at kai@doubleyourecommerce.com and I’ll get that sent to you).

Pick a time for us to talk and fill out the questionnaire. I’ll reply back with a few questions to prepare for the call.
